between the hours of 8am and 10pm Monday - Friday, and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. Before you call, please have your reference number or username for your Kwik Net account handy.

Calls will cost $1.98 per minute, so make sure that you're the person responsible for paying the telephone charges.
